What's the difference between the Assessment and a full build?
The Assessment is a diagnostic — we audit your workflows, identify AI opportunities, and deliver an ROI-prioritized report. The Implementation is the build — we actually deploy the workflows on your infrastructure. Many clients start with the Assessment and expand from there.
Do I need my own server or VPS?
Yes. Everything we build runs on your infrastructure via Docker Compose. We recommend a $10-30/month VPS (DigitalOcean, Hetzner, or similar). We handle the setup — you just need the account.
How long does a typical project take?
An Assessment takes 2-3 weeks. A single workflow runs 3-6 weeks. Multi-workflow packages span 6-12 weeks. We provide a timeline during the proposal phase so you know exactly what to expect.
What happens after the project is done?
You own everything — the code, the workflows, the documentation. We provide 30 days of free post-launch support. After that, you can continue independently or sign up for an Ongoing AI Partnership retainer.
